Run named checks against a dated KDP ruleset and keep the result with the project.
BoundHive separates deterministic specification checks from AI-assisted review prompts and never labels either one as guaranteed Amazon approval.
What does BoundHive actually do?
The project validator checks configuration compatibility, page ranges, metadata limits, manuscript state, illustration assets, cover readiness, disclosure notes, and export prerequisites. Each finding names the field, severity, rules version, and validation time.
What the report records
Every finding stays attached to the saved project and the dated rules catalog that produced it.
Pass, warning, or failed status with field-level findings
Recorded KDP rules version and validation timestamp
Print combination, page-count, margin, bleed, and cover readiness checks
Metadata, manuscript, illustration, disclosure, and export readiness checks
Validate, resolve, and rerun
A saved change invalidates the old result so the final files can be checked again.
Save a complete project
Validation uses the actual book configuration and current saved assets, not a marketing questionnaire.
Run deterministic rules
Known dimensions, combinations, counts, and required states are calculated without an AI guess.
Review judgment calls
AI-assisted prompts are presented as review suggestions, not Amazon policy.
Resolve and rerun
A project change invalidates the old report so the final export can be checked again.
What this does not guarantee
- Amazon makes the final acceptance decision.
- Rights, originality, factual accuracy, content quality, and account-level review cannot be guaranteed by a rules engine.
- Requirements can change after a recorded rules version.
